Most shampoos clean your hair at the expense of your scalp — stripping natural oils and leaving the skin underneath dry, irritated, and overproducing oil to compensate. This bar doesn't do that. The olive oil base is infused with rosemary, which stimulates scalp circulation and supports healthy hair growth. Peppermint essential oil delivers that clarifying tingle that means your scalp is actually waking up. Tea tree keeps bacteria and buildup under control without the harshness of a synthetic clarifying shampoo.

Directions: Lather bar in wet hands, apply to scalp and hair, massage well, then rinse thoroughly. Allow bar to dry between uses.

How to care for handmade soaps: Our handmade soap and shampoo bars naturally contain a high amount of glycerin which attracts moisture. While this is great for your skin, it’s not so great for the life of your soap because it will break down rapidly if left in moisture. Extend the life of your soaps and shampoo bars by allowing them to dry in between uses. A Cedar Soap Dish or Sisal Soap Pouch are great ways to preserve your soap. The Sisal Soap Pouch also doubles as a skin exfoliator!

Superb cleansing bar

The shampoo bar had a lot of lather and did a great job cleaning my hair with no build up at all! My hair was soft, shiny and didn't feel stripped at all! I'm never going back to conventional shampoo every!

This shampoo bar cleaned my 4c hair with just 1 wash! I wet my hair, rubbed the bar through it, scrubbed a little bit, then rinsed. My hair was super clean, but not dry and it felt great!
