We value our customers and are committed to providing thoughtful, reliable customer service before and after every purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our handcrafted, personal care products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item — please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and correct the issue.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We are not responsible for incorrect items or quantities ordered by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance. Estimated delivery times are provided by USPS at checkout and are in addition to our processing time.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow USPS time to scan and update tracking details.

If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting USPS directly as the first step. You can reach USPS by:

  • Visiting your local post office
  • Calling USPS Customer Service at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777)
  • Submitting a help request or insurance claim through the USPS website using your tracking number

Because all Priority Mail shipments include insurance, USPS may require photos of the package and contents when filing a claim.

Warm Weather Shipping

Some products may soften or melt during warmer months. This does not affect product quality. If melting occurs, simply place the item in the refrigerator until it firms up.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order must be reshipped, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

Sales Tax

Sales tax (6.75%) is applied at checkout for Ohio residents only.

Recycling

We recycle shipping materials whenever possible and encourage our customers to recycle both shipping and product packaging.

Product Expiration & Natural Variations

Our products are made without artificial preservatives and should be used within one year of purchase.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients, variations in color, texture, and scent may occur. Some oils are infused with calendula flower petals, which may be present in the finished product and are completely harmless.

Warnings & Disclaimers

  • Do not use these products if you have nut allergies.
  • Always review ingredient lists before use and perform a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
  • Use caution when using oils in the bath or shower, as surfaces may become slippery.
