Can I use these products on my baby?

Our products are made with natural, gentle ingredients and are suitable for the entire family. We recommend performing a patch test before full use to check for sensitivities.

Products containing essential oils should be avoided for babies 6 months and under.

Which products will help my hair or beard grow?

While some ingredients in our hair and beard care products are known to support scalp health and strengthen hair, no product can guarantee hair growth.

Hair and beard growth are influenced by many factors including genetics, diet, stress levels, and overall health. Consistency and patience are key, and results will vary from person to person.

Why does my product look or smell different than the last time I ordered?

Our products are handcrafted using natural and organic ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, and scent may occur between batches. This is completely normal and does not affect product quality.

How long will it take to see results?

Everyone’s skin and hair respond differently. We recommend consistent use for at least 4–6 weeks to evaluate how your skin or hair responds. Factors outside of your routine - such as lifestyle, stress, and environment also play a major role.

What should I do if my product arrives melted?

Some products may soften or melt during warmer months. If this happens, simply place the product in the refrigerator until it solidifies. Melting may slightly change the texture, but does not affect the quality or effectiveness.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For more details, please refer to our Store Policies page.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States and to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses only.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more (before tax and after discounts). If eligible, the free shipping option will appear at checkout.

What is Afterpay and how does it work?

A free sample is included with every order. Specific samples cannot be requested.

My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

Please allow one additional business day for delivery. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact USPS directlyusing your tracking number. If you need help navigating the process, feel free to email us with your order number.
