Eczema-Prone Skin

Formulated for Eczema-Prone Skin

This started as one family's search for skincare that didn't make things worse. It's still the standard I hold every product to.

When my daughter was diagnosed with eczema as a baby, most of what was on the shelf either didn't work or made things worse. So I started making my own: simple, short-ingredient-list products, tested on the skin that needed it most. Eva Jenae Naturals grew out of that kitchen-counter experiment into what it is today. If your skin (or your kid's) reacts to everything, you're exactly who we built this for.

Note: We're not able to make medical claims about treating or curing eczema. What we can promise is that every product here is formulated with sensitive, reactive skin in mind, using short ingredient lists and nothing we wouldn't put on our own family.

Face & Body Cleansers

Gentle, plant-based bar soap without the drying detergents found in most commercial bars.

Moisture Retention

Rich, plant-based oils, butters and hydrators that seal moisture in, for the driest, most reactive skin.

Hair & Scalp

Eczema doesn't stop at the neck. Scalp irritation is common too, and most shampoo strips the scalp of what it needs to stay calm. Our shampoo bars, hair dressing and hair mask are formulated with that in mind: gentle cleansing without the sulfates that tend to aggravate reactive skin.

A quick note on scalp eczema: if your scalp gets flaky, itchy, or tight, you're not alone, and you're not limited to body-focused products. These were chosen specifically because they clean without the sulfates and heavy fragrance that tend to aggravate a reactive scalp.

Why These Ingredients

  • Shea butter & calendula: deeply moisturizing and nourishing
  • Chamomile: traditionally used to soothe irritated skin
  • No sulfates, no synthetic fragrance: fewer common triggers
  • Short ingredient lists: every product page shows the full list, no guessing

FAQ

Is this soap safe for eczema-prone skin?
Everyone's skin is different, and we can't make medical claims. What we can tell you is that every product here was formulated with reactive, sensitive skin in mind: short ingredient lists, no synthetic fragrance, and nothing we wouldn't use on our own family. If you have diagnosed eczema, we'd always recommend checking with your dermatologist before trying something new.

What's the difference between the Whipped Body Butter and Body Oil?
Body Butter is a thicker, richer option (not shipped in warmer months due to melting). Body Oil is lighter and ships year-round. Both are formulated for dry, reactive skin.

Is this safe for babies and kids?
Yes, our products are made with gentle, plant-based ingredients suitable for the whole family, including little ones. As with any soap, keep it out of baby's eyes, and check with your pediatrician first if you have any concerns.
