We value our customers and it is our policy to provide exceptional customer service before and after sales are processed.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. However, if you find there is a discrepancy with your order (for example- you ordered a particular item and we shipped the wrong item to you), please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your products and give us the opportunity to correct any issues.    

Please review your order before submitting it. We will not be responsible for you ordering the wrong products or quantity of products.  PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE HITTING THE SELECT BUTTON!

Shipping

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after the order is submitted.  Shipping costs and approximate shipping times are automatically generated by USPS (United States Postal Service), not Eva Jenae Naturals.  USPS shipping times are in addition tothe 3 days it takes for us to process and ship your order. 

Insurance is included if Priority Shipping is selected during checkout.  NO INSURANCE IS PROVIDED FOR FIRST CLASS OR PARCEL POST ORDERS. If you select either of these options and would like to add insurance, please contact us at customerservice@evajenaenaturals.com PRIOR to placing your order so insurance can be manually added at your expense.  Selecting priority shipping does not indicate that your order will process/ship earlier.  It is simply a faster service than first class or parcel post.  Your order will still be processed/shipped within 3 business days. 

Please inspect your order once it arrives.  The package may show some wear and tear (which is normal), but there should not be any damage to your products.  We are not responsible for damage to your items that occur during shipping.  

Some products may melt during shipment in warmer months.  If this happens, simply place the product in the refrigerator until it stiffens.  

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.  We will not be responsible for items shipped to the wrong address you provided. If you provide the wrong address, you will have to place another order and pay for the shipping. 

Sales tax (6.75%) will be added during checkout for Ohio residents only.

Recycling

We recycle shipping packaging whenever possible and encourage our customers to do the same.  Please also recycle your product packaging. 

Product Expirations/Variations

Our products contain no artificial preservatives and should be used within 1 year of purchase.  

The texture, color and scent of our products may vary slightly between batches due to the nature of our products.  We do infuse a few of our oils in calendula flower petals which may result in petals in your finished product.  Please do not be alarmed as the petals are harmless.

Warnings

  • PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS IF YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGIES!
  • Please be careful when using oils in or around your tub/shower as surface  may become slippery.
