Which products are good for dry skin?

Most of our products were made to soothe dry skin.  To cleanse, we recommend the Liquid Black Soap, Chamomile & Green Tea, Citrus Calendula, Lavender Mint, Lemongrass Rosemary, Turmeric Complexion and Peppermint Eucalyptus soaps. To moisturize, we recommend the Whipped Body Butter.   For extra dry skin, layer the Bath Oil or Cocoa Shea Lotion Bar on top of the body butter to seal in moisture and as an extra barrier of protection for the skin.

We are not a medical or healthcare professionals and do not make any claims that the use of our products will heal any type of medical conditions.  The information shared reflects our personal experiences with our recipes and the properties of individual ingredients used in the production of our products. 

 Can I use these products on my baby?

 Our products are gentle enough for everyone in your family.  Every ingredient we use is natural and was chosen because of it’s soothing and nourishing benefits.  We do encourage you to do a patch test in a small area prior to use to make sure there are no allergic reactions. Any products with essential oils should be avoided in babies 6 months and under.

Which of your products will help my hair/beard grow?

Though our products contain ingredients known to stimulate the hair follicles and strengthen your hair/beard, there is no product on Earth that can guarantee your hair will grow.  There are many factors that affect how your hair grows which goes far beyond any products or regimen.  Diet, genetics, stress levels and physical condition are major contributors to the health and growth of your hair/beard. The only way to know if a product will work for you is to try it and be patient to see if it will in fact work for you. 

I’ve purchased this product before, why is the color/consistency /scent different from the last time?

The ingredients we use are natural and/or organic.  Due to the nature of the ingredients, the color, consistency and scent may differ slightly between batches. Please rest assured that no matter the color, we are providing you with products made with high quality ingredients.    

How long will it take for me to see results?

Everyone’s skin and hair is unique and responds differently.  There is no way to guarantee how long it will take for your body to respond to any product. We recommend you be patient and consistent and wait at least 4-6 weeks to see if your skin responds. There are many factors beyond your skin/hair care regimen that can affect how your body responds. Patience and consistency are key!

What do I do if my product arrives melted?

Some products may melt during shipment when temperatures are higher.  If your product arrives melted, refrigerate it until solid.  It may change the texture of the product, but not the properties or qualities.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3 business days after your purchase.  You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order ships. For more information, please refer to our Store Policies.

Can I buy your products at a store near me?

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, we only ship to the US and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders of $75 or more before tax and after any discounts have been applied. If you qualify for free shipping, the ‘Free Shipping’ option will display during checkout. 

Do you accept money orders or checks?

No, we do not accept checks or money orders. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Afterpay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UCB, Diners Club International, PayPal Credit, and GooglePay.

What is AfterPay and how do I use it?

AfterPay allows you to pay for your purchase in 4 interest-free payments.  You must make your payments on time in order for it to be interest free.  Just select the AfterPay option in your cart and follow the checkout prompts when directed to fill in your required information.  

Do you store my payment information?

We do not store any credit/debit card information at Eva Jenae Naturals.  It is the private property of the card holder at all times, including checkout.  To ensure the safety of your credit/debit card and personal information, sales are processed via a fully secured third party payment processor and your checkout experience is protected by a SSL encryption.

Where can I get samples of your products?

A free sample of one of our products is shipped with every order.  You cannot request samples of specific products.

How do I get a discount code for my order?

Promotions and discounts are reserved for our email subscribers.  Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about upcoming promotions.

My order status says delivered, but I did not receive it.  What do I do?

This is not a rare occurrence.  Please allow 1 extra business day for delivery.  If you not receive it after that day, please email us and be sure to fill in your with your order number. 

Can I make changes to my order?

We process our orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make changes to your order once it is placed.
